Tip for the Day
I did a big no-no today! I went grocery shopping hungry!!! But, I was VERY proud of myself because when I got home and wanted to eat EVERYTHING I'd bought, instead, I set out some carrots, grape tomatoes and hummus. After I'd put everything away that needed refrigerated, I sat down with my yummies and ate them. A little planning can help overcome the 'gotta have everything!' syndrome when you're hungry.
